From 1917 to 1984, the Marina Market site was the factory of Henry Ford & Sons. In recent times, it has been transformed into the Marina Market- a community evolving and growing in the heart of the city.
Marina Market has over 30 vendors, making it’s food offering one of the most diverse in Cork City. The market also hosts various small businesses, traders and artists from Friday through to Sunday each week. Supporting the arts, local crafts and producers is a key goal of the market.
Only a ten-minute walk from the city centre, and open 7 days a week, the Marina Market has become a hub of the Cork community.

A key goal of Castletroy Town Centre is to be a one-stop destination for the people of Castletroy and surrounding neighbourhoods. This is being achieved by providing a range of high standard shops, restaurants and services and by creating a pleasant and relaxing shopping experience.
Castletroy Town Centre is a hub of the Limerick community, often collaborating with our tenants in hosting classes, workshops and community events. The centre also hosts a weekly farmers market on Fridays, where local producers and small businesses sell to the Castletroy community.

Atkins Hall
Atkins Hall was originally designed by William Atkins in 1846, and built between 1847 -1852. Fine craftsmanship is evident in the stone carving, and particularly in the window and door openings. The high level of detail in the design creates a lively series of façades, as well as an interesting roofline.
The location lends itself as an ideal starter home as its within a very achievable walking distance of, UCC, Cork City Centre and the southern suburbs of Bishopstown and Wilton.
