Tom Coughlan is the founder of Urban Green Private.
Following his graduation from UCC as a civil engineer, Tom started his working life with ESB International.
A natural entrepreneur, he quickly moved to the private sector to start his own business, which has evolved to become Urban Green Private.
Daniel O'Brien - Chief Operating Officer
Daniel is a qualified quantity Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience on construction projects working with Ireland's leading contractors, overseeing the construction of major residential and commercial developments.
Daniel's commercial and clinical approach to solving problems, delivering the projects on time and within budget has played a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of Urban Green Private.
Eoin Derham - Sales, Marketing director
Eoin is the director of marketing, sales and events for the UGP group.
Eoin has over 10+ years in marketing and sales. Working with brands such as L’Oreal, Pernod-Ricard, BMW and MINI and many more with his own digital agency and during his career. Eoin joined UGP in 2021.
