An exciting week for Shannon Town Centre as Phase 1 of The Knights Quarter officially opens! This first phase includes the launch of The Knights Bar and Tuk Tuk Asian Street Food — bringing new life and flavours. Huge congratulations to everyone involved in making it happen.
