Having successfully established and developed numerous hospitality concepts for other businesses over the years, Sabrina always aspired to create a space where she could truly showcase her own culinary style. Gourmet Pantry is the result of that ambition — a brand rooted in experience, innovation and a genuine love for great food.

Sabrina’s extensive travels, including significant time spent in Australia, have helped shape the international influence behind Gourmet Pantry’s offering. This global inspiration, combined with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients, brings something truly special to our food court.
